EMS training is a whole-body workout using the cutting-edge device Miha-Bodytech. It’s a revolutionary workout, backed up by almost two decades of scientific research, which has completely changed the game of workout. In only 20min, once a week, you will get the same results equivalent to 4 hours at the gym.
During the whole-body training with My-Bodyfit more than 90% of the muscle fibers are contracted at the same time. And that's with every contraction! In contrast to conventional strength training, the deeper lying muscles are also addressed. This improves intra- and intermuscular coordination whilst the training is also particularly intense and fast.

My-Bodyfit helps you with your most important fitness goals: Lose fat, strengthen your back, build muscle, boost your immune system, shape up, and generally and visibly increase your fitness level! Numerous studies have proven its effectiveness. There is no maximum age to practice, nor a minimum sporting level to have. On the contrary, it is completely recommended for the elderly or beginners, because it allows you to get back in shape and with good muscle tone in complete safety if you want to resume physical activity. All our programs have low impact on joints. There is no weightlifting, running, jumping, or skipping, so it's perfect for anyone with injuries or joint problems who have previously struggled in this area.

Absolutely! Our device is FDA Health cleared. There are certain target groups where EMS training is not advisable, such as those who should not be exposed to physical stress or engage in sports. This can include people with acute febrile illnesses, pacemakers, etc. EMS training simply imitates the natural electro impulses between the brain, the central nervous system and muscle tissue. We use a low-frequency stimulus to activate intense muscle contractions, and your personal trainer will ensure your individual training levels are an optimum fit for you. In comparison to other strength training, EMS training is known to be particularly gentle on joints. However, certain medical conditions are known to be contraindications and EMS training is not recommended for the following conditions: (1) pregnancy; (2) pacemaker or other electrical implants; (3) epilepsy.
Yes! The training should be set up for the long term and with the same regularity as conventional training. Maintaining the performance of the muscles is only possible with regular training. If you stop training for a longer period of time, the muscles will return to their original condition. Just as with conventional strength training.
